why do we need a foundation?

this is the preparation stage, getting ready to move happens before we move

2 fight vs flight; it’s easier to walk away
fighting is hard, harder without a firm starting place

devoted, watchful, thankful, prayerful, proclaiming, act wisely, take advantage, speak gracefully
