1 God is sovereign over everything
2 We have a role to play in God’s sovereign plan

governing, ruler, supreme power

This place we live in is a gift from God
What did He do before all this?

plans to be glorified through redemption
no random decisions
bringing everything together under Christ

What does knowing that God is sovereign do? Encourages us to

Pray confidently - I know His plan
Go confidently - I know He is behind this

Do not fear - God created them for this moment - Train them up in the authority of His Word - Don’t be scared for your children but be honored that God has chosen you to parent them
